These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LUA Paste (the "site", "we", "us" or "our"), available at luapaste.com. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

1. Who we are

LUA Paste is an independent, fan-made resource that catalogues free, community-sourced scripts for popular Roblox games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of any game featured on the site. All game names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

2. Eligibility

The site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the site, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the site.

3. Educational and testing purpose only

Using third-party scripts, exploits or executors in Roblox or any other online game may violate that platform's terms of use and can result in penalties up to and including the suspension or permanent ban of your account. We do not encourage you to break any platform's rules. You acknowledge and accept that:

We cannot and do not guarantee that any script is safe, undetectable, or free of unintended effects.
We strongly recommend using a secondary account rather than your main account.
We are not responsible for any consequence to your account, device or data resulting from your use of any content on the site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, anyone else. In particular, you agree not to:

Use the site to engage in or promote any illegal activity, fraud, harassment or harm to others.

Introduce viruses, malware or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

6. Intellectual property

Scripts featured on the site are generally created and shared by the wider community; we do not claim ownership of community-created code. Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and nothing on the site grants you any right to use any third party's trademarks.

7. Third-party content, links and tools

The site may reference, link to, or rely on third-party games, executors, websites, services and tools that we do not own or control. We provide these for convenience only and do not endorse them or accept responsibility for their content, availability, security, accuracy or practices. Accessing any third-party resource is at your own risk and may be subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that any script will work or continue to work, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Games are updated frequently and scripts may stop working or behave unexpectedly at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will LUA Paste, its operators, contributors or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, accounts, virtual items, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the site or any content on it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total liability to you will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us to use the site (which is zero) or USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LUA Paste and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — will continue to apply.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the general principles of applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LUA Paste regarding your use of the site and supersede any prior agreements.
