LUA Paste respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@luapaste.com that includes all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with the exact URL(s) on luapaste.com so we can locate it.
• Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material in question and make a good-faith effort to notify whoever provided it. Incomplete notices may delay our response.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@luapaste.com including your contact information, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
